Measure of a Man: NextGen Marathon

34
So the first episode of the new V aired tonight, but tomorrow, I face my own "V." That's right, Dick Van Patten and I disagree and I think just two is enough. So bright and surly tomorrow morning, I'll be having a vasectomy.

While I'm wallowing in agony and recovering, I'll be attempting a Measure of a Man: NextGen Marathon. I've picked out my 30 favorite Star Trek: The Next Generation episodes and will be trying to get through them over the next five days. On deck are the following episodes (listed and to be viewed in chronological order):

"The Measure of a Man"
"Q Who?"
"Peak Performance"
"The Enemy"
"The Hunted"
"Déjà Q"
"Yesterday's Enterprise"
"The Offspring"
"Hollow Pursuits"
"Sarek"
"The Best of Both Worlds" (Part 1)
"The Best of Both Worlds" (Part 2)
"Family"
"Brothers"
"Data's Day"
"Darmok"
"Disaster"
"Cause and Effect"
"The First Duty"
"The Perfect Mate"
"I, Borg"
"The Next Phase"
"The Inner Light"
"Relics"
"Tapestry"
"Starship Mine"
"Timescape"
"Parallels"
"All Good Things..."

I will not be live tweeting during the procedure and will likely be out of it for most of tomorrow, but I plan to tweet away while I get into the marathon. If you're not following @nerdlunch on the Twitter, now would be a great time to start. You can also follow Jeeg on the Twitter. Actually, I'm fully expecting to lose followers after this...
